Guided private tours in the enchanting Greek habitats

As an optional part of our eco-tours, we warmly invite all participants to join us for small- or medium-scale litter collection activities—either along the coast or in inland natural habitats. Due to the combined effects of local attitudes toward waste disposal and the ever-increasing tourist pressure in the Balkans, litter is unfortunately present in many of the areas we explore. This pollution often poses a severe, sometimes fatal, threat to numerous marine and terrestrial species. Particularly concerning is the debris generated by fishing activities—abandoned nets, lines, and traps—which frequently entangle or injure wildlife. We consider it part of our broader ecological responsibility to contribute, even modestly, to the restoration of these habitats. By removing waste from the landscapes where we observe rare and protected species, we are actively contributing to the conservation of their habitats—and, ultimately, to our own environmental well-being.
Participation in cleanup is entirely voluntary and is not part of the main guided activities; it takes place during optional free-time slots. Nevertheless, even a few minutes of effort can have a meaningful and lasting impact.
